You will be in the fieldworking with hospitals, senior living communities, and care teams to identifyindividuals discharging home who need support and position Legacy Home Care as theprovider families trust. - Educating referral sources and families on private dutycare options, service flexibility, and how Legacy can support safetransitions home.
- Creating a repeatable referral process throughconsistent outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and reliable service.
- Attending networking events, community meetings, andpartner visits to increase brand visibility.
- Managing long-cycle opportunities where the payoff maycome weeks or months after the first conversation.
- Tracking activity, lead sources, referral outcomes, andclient conversion.
Whatwe are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relatedfield is required.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, DME, private pay homecare, senior living, hospice, or healthcare business developmentexperience preferred.
- A true hunter who can build business without waitingfor inbound leads.
- Strong ability to build trust quickly with families,referral partners, and decision-makers.
- Proven examples of prospecting, networking, and turningcold relationships into revenue.
- Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, andin writing.
- Comfort working independently in the field whilestaying accountable to metrics and outcomes.
