America’s Home Health Services is seeking an energetic Home Health Marketer to grow our presence in the Harrisburg market. You will build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations, visiting referral partners regularly to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHSs footprint in the Harrisburg market
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value
• Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
