America's Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Home Health Marketer to grow our presence throughout the Harrisburg territory. This role thrives on building connections with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations to promote high-quality home health services.

You will conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners, identify new business opportunities, educate clients about AHHS services,

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS's footprint in the Harrisburg market.
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
