Job summary

America’s Home Health Services is seeking an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Home Health Marketer to grow our presence across the Allentown territory. You will build relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and community partners to expand AHHS services and drive referrals.

You will conduct in-person visits, educate clients about AHHS offerings, and track growth metrics while collaborating with internal teams to onboard new clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care marketing MUST HAVE.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel during the day.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in the Allentown market.
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value.
• Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
