Greenspring Village at Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Home Care RN to provide personalized nursing care and oversee care plans for seniors in a premier continuing care retirement community.

The role involves leading a team of LPNs, aides, and home care workers, coordinating with physicians and families, and delivering high-quality care on-site in Springfield, VA. Part-time, 32 hours weekly, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized service plans with residents, families, and physicians.
• Communicate changes in residents’ condition to the team and families.
• Lead and train Home Support agency staff to ensure quality care.
• Deliver nursing care per the plan of care and nursing standards.
• Participate in care conferences and orientation sessions.
