Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team serving Boston and the Greater Boston area. This part-time or per diem position offers flexible scheduling, block scheduling options, mileage reimbursement, and strong office support for an independent field-based role with one-on-one client visits.

The RN will perform in-home assessments, develop care plans, educate and mentor caregivers, and ensure timely documentation while delivering

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Experience in home care, community health, case management, or visiting nurse roles is preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home client assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate, coach, and supervise caregivers to ensure quality care.
• Complete documentation within required timeframes and communicate with the care team.
• Administer and monitor medications, blood pressure checks, and other routine nursing tasks.
