Associated Home Care is actively seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to administer care per the patient Care Plan and ensure regulatory compliance in a home health setting in Massachusetts. You will support and supervise aides, orient staff, and communicate with care team members to maintain high-quality service.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing license in good standing, have 1+ year of home health experience, reliable transportation, and are CPR certified or willing to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current licensed Registered Nurse in practicing state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer care per Care Plan and coordinate with the nursing director and care team.
• Provide on-site orientation, supervision, and performance checks for home care aides; ensure compliance with regulations.
