Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to help grow our caregiver network. You will source candidates across RNs, CNAs and HHAs, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in a busy office environment.

The ideal candidate has healthcare recruiting experience, understands federal and state employment laws, and excels at communication and events. This in-office role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
