You will cultivate partnerships with CNA programs and community organizations, attend job fairs, and use ATS/HRIS tools to optimize hiring efficiency while meeting weekly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting in healthcare or home-care.
• Experience with sourcing platforms (Indeed, MyCNAJobs, Facebook Groups, nursing-school portals).
• Familiar with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and nursing staff.
• Draft SEO-friendly job ads and post to caregiver boards.
• Screen resumes, run prescreens, and interview candidates (in-person or video).
• Manage background checks, reference verifications, and credential tracking.
• Forecast staffing needs with Scheduling and Clinical teams.
• Lead onboarding orientations and ensure compliance documentation.
