Job summary

Accra is seeking an Agency Program Coordinator to provide administrative support to Supervising Professionals and Program Leaders. The role includes taking calls, coordinating with the county, and assisting with projects.

The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree and 2–3 years in an administrative role within health or human services, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in an administrative role for Health or Human services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in data collection, entry, and typing with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Supervising Professionals and Program Leaders.
• Handle phone calls from participants, employees, and other departments.
• Coordinate actions with the county as needed.
• Assist with Accra projects and task forces as needed.
