Job summary

Pamir Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support an adult client in a private home in Herndon, Virginia. The role focuses on ADLs, safety, and compassionate companionship to help maintain independence and comfort.

The position requires reliable transportation and a current PCA/HHA/CNA certification, with CPR/First Aid preferred. Schedule: Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, total approx. 56 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active PCA/HHA/CNA certification required or in progress.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months.
• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation to and from client home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Communicate client condition changes promptly.
