Job summary

Pamir Healthcare Services LLC in Ashburn, VA is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support to clients who need daily assistance.

You will help with ADLs, meals, mobility, and accompany clients to appointments, while reporting changes to supervisors. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient care and reliable transportation across Ashburn/Leesburg area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide or Home Health Aide preferred.
• Valid Virginia PCA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Ashburn/Leesburg area.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support in clients' homes.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Monitor changes in client health or behavior and report to supervisors.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as required.

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
