Job summary

Pamir Healthcare Services LLC seeks a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support an adult client in Leesburg, Virginia, in the client’s private home. The role involves hands-on assistance with daily living tasks and ADLs/IADLs.

Shifts run Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 56 hours per week. Flexible scheduling, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for advancement are included.

Qualifications

• Active PCA/HHA/CNA certifications required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• TB test or chest X‑ray within 12 months.
• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Assist with mobility including transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare meals following dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure safety.
• Document daily care per agency requirements.
• Communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.
