Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems and database management.
• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Home Care department and coordinate day-to-day operations including payroll processing, staff scheduling, and documentation management.
• Prepare IDT meetings and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to support high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional boundaries and effective communication with staff, patients, families, and external customers.
