Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and community outreach activities.
• Educate referral partners, clients, families, and community members about Interim HealthCare's services.
• Generate referrals and contribute to growth of the home care business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, contacts, and business development efforts.
• Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, health fairs, and local activities.
