Job summary

BrightStar Care of East Los Gatos & South San Jose is seeking a proactive Care Operations Manager to elevate daily operations, recruit and retain caregivers, and maintain high client satisfaction. You will partner with leadership to optimize field processes, scheduling, and regulatory compliance while driving an empathetic, accountable culture.

In this in-office role, you will oversee field care teams, manage administrative workflows, and ensure quality service delivery across our community,

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of leadership or operations management experience in home care or similar in-home services.
• Experience managing a distributed workforce (full-time, part-time, per diem).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/EHR tools; strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and caregiver recruitment/retention.
• Oversee scheduling to optimize client-caregiver matching and reduce overtime.
• Ensure CDSS Home Care Services compliance, HIPAA, Cal/OSHA standards, and BrightStar Care rules.
