Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Bedford NH office. You will oversee daily home care services, manage scheduling, and foster strong client–caregiver matches.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in home care and 2+ years in leadership, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of home care experience.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of home care services (LNA, HHA, CNA, PCA).
• Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches.
• Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams.
• Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
