Job summary

All Care Health is seeking a capable, organized Lead Home Care Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Rockford office. This role combines office leadership, caregiver hiring and training, employee supervision, scheduling support, initial client visits, and ongoing quality assurance.

The Lead Supervisor will travel to client homes as needed and work from the Rockford office; this is not a remote position. Regular travel throughout the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, scheduling, or office operations.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, training, or supervising caregivers.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving office.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Nursing or clinical license not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Rockford office operations and scheduling.
• Monitor caregiver coverage, calls, and service concerns.
• Coordinate caregiver orientation and training.
• Conduct initial client visits and supervisory visits.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and documentation.
• Travel to client homes for assessments and quality checks.
