Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise scheduling for in-home care workers and clients.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver weekly operational reports.
• Adjust schedules in response to client needs and staff availability.
• Provide leadership and ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
