Qualifications

• Associate degree from an AOTA accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia; AHA BLS-HCP required within six months of hire.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care based on therapist evaluation and plan of care and considers patient age and development.
• Coordinates patient care with families, therapists, and health care team.
• Documents in the medical record and completes required forms per regulatory policies.
