Position Requirements:

• Georgia Nursing License or Multi-State Compact License to practice in Georgia (RN or LPN)
• BLS CPR & First Aid Certification
• Recent TB Skin Screen (within last 12 months) or Chest X-Ray (within last 5 years) with negative results
• Ability to pass Local, State & Federal Background Checks
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.
• Reliable Transportation
