Job summary

Athena Care at Home in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Marketing Liaison to grow our private duty agency. In this salaried role with an incentive program and weekly pay, you will build referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers to increase census.

Mileage is reimbursed. You will develop monthly and daily marketing plans, manage budgets, track referrals, and meet with prospective families to promote our Companion, Homemaker, and Live-In

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations.
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic.
• Manage marketing/sales budgets.
• Track and evaluate referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
