Job summary

Athena Care at Home is seeking an experienced Marketing Liaison to help grow our private duty agency. This salaried role with an incentive program and weekly pay focuses on establishing referrals with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers to expand census. Mileage is reimbursed.

We provide non-medical home care across Connecticut with Companion, Homemaker, and Live-In Services, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, etc.) required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations.
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic.
• Manage marketing/sales budgets.
• Track and evaluate referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
