Athena Care at Home is seeking an experienced Marketing Liaison to help grow our private duty agency across Connecticut. The role offers a base salary with incentive pay and weekly payroll, plus mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include developing referral networks, executing marketing plans, and increasing census through outreach to physicians, community partners, and families. Prior marketing and healthcare experience are preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred (in job posting).
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations.
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic.
• Manage marketing/sales budgets.
• Track and evaluate referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
