Job summary

AccentCare in Prescott Valley is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage in-home patient care, train caregivers, and design personalized care plans across Yavapai and Coconino counties. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a valid driver’s license.

Excellent team support and growth opportunities are provided. The position offers regular daytime hours with travel expectations up to 75% locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
