Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in the Lubbock area. This in-office and field-based role involves supervising caregivers, conducting in-home visits, and designing personalized care plans to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, 60 college hours, and 2+ years in a supervisory healthcare setting. Valid licenses, transportation, and a willingness to travel are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting (flexible: 1 year of leadership + 30 hours of college credit).
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Position: Field Supervisor

Remote/Virtual Position: In-Office and Field-based position

Coverage Area: Lubbock and surrounding areas

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly + Mileage

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
