Job summary

BHRAGS Home Care in Brooklyn is seeking a Field Marketer to develop and implement marketing plans, generate leads, and drive growth through referrals.

You will build strong partnerships with care managers, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations, conduct outreach at health fairs and events, and assist clients with assessments and enrollment while tracking progress in the CRM. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Marketing, sales, or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English literacy; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to generate leads and growth targets.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
• Conduct outreach at events and health fairs to raise awareness of BHRAGS Home Care.
• Identify individuals who may benefit from home care services and educate potential clients, families, and referral partners.
• Assist potential clients with NYIA assessments and Medicaid applications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with intake and coordination teams to support enrollment and referrals.
• Track leads, referrals, and enrollment progress in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly production reports summarizing activities and outcomes.
• Analyze marketing metrics to improve strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments.
