Special Touch Home Care is seeking a Home Care Marketer to expand reach and build relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations in New York. You will promote services, advocate our mission, and drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include lead generation, building referral networks, coordinating outreach events, collaborating with intake, and educating professionals and the community about our services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate leads and increase client referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehab centers, and other referral sources.
• Conduct outreach at events, health fairs, and community presentations.
• Collaborate with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.
• Provide education and training sessions to healthcare professionals and community members on our services.
• Track marketing metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
