Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, a private, not-for-profit community health care provider governed by a community-based board of trustees and part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, is seeking a Home Care Coordinator Assistant. Our facility is a 266-bed acute care hospital serving the community for nearly 40 years, offering advanced technology and a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.
Assist in all functions related to home care coordination, including understanding home care products, explaining service options, managing referrals, and coordinating home health services and medical equipment. Contact agencies, deliver equipment, enter data into electronic medical records, and participate in rounding. Office duties include supply ordering, answering phones, customer service, and maintaining office equipment.
Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift, Full-Time (40 hours)
Location: Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, Annapolis, MD
