Castle Rock Home Care is seeking a Home Care Community Marketer to promote CDPAP and Medicaid services within the local community and build strong referral networks. This role involves outreach, relationship-building with hospitals, clinics, social workers, and Medicaid recipients, and generating qualified referrals.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
• Home care, Medicaid, or CDPAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market home care and CDPAP services in the assigned community.
• Network with hospitals, physician offices, social workers, rehabilitation facilities, senior centers, community organizations, and Medicaid recipients.
• Generate qualified client referrals.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and outreach programs.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships.
• Meet outreach and referral goals.
