Job summary

Castle Rock Home Care is seeking a Home Care Community Marketer to promote CDPAP and Medicaid services within the local community and build strong referral networks. This role involves outreach, relationship-building with hospitals, clinics, social workers, and Medicaid recipients, and generating qualified referrals.

The position allows full-time, part-time, or contract engagement and offers a flexible schedule with potential for performance-based bonuses and career growth as the agency expands.

Qualifications

• Sales/marketing or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
• Home care, Medicaid, or CDPAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
