Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Oak Park is seeking a Sales Professional who will identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources to grow our elder care partnerships. You will maintain a contact database, report outcomes, and present our services to prospective partners in person and by phone.

We value an active listener with strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus two to three years in outside sales or related roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years outside sales experience or similar responsibilities.
• Proven success at building relationships that drive revenue goals.
• Active listener with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with key referral sources and community partners.
• Maintain a database of contacts, track sales efforts, and report on activities and results.
• Conduct presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, etc. with prospective and current referral sources to share information about FirstLight Home Care.
• Participate in community networking groups, especially those related to the senior population.
