Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to coordinate client care, oversee caregiver performance, and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards. The role focuses on maintaining accurate client records, assigning aides, and communicating effectively with clients and referral sources.

The position emphasizes coaching caregivers, managing schedules, and delivering high-quality service across assigned clients while upholding company policies and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork in an organized manner.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and agency information per HIPAA.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and care plan.
• Coach caregivers to maintain high-quality client care and address concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, and management.
• Document client condition and service and complete routine reports.
