Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to support home care clients in Delaware. This role focuses on coordinating caregivers, maintaining client records, and ensuring high-quality care with HIPAA-compliant practices.

You will work to improve client satisfaction and support ongoing care planning. The position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective communication with clients, aides, and management.

Responsibilities

Maintain client files and related paperwork.
Ensure confidentiality of client and agency information per HIPAA.
Assign homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
Coach Caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and address performance concerns.
Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referral sources and management.
Conduct in-home visits to assess needs and maintain client connection.
Prepare routine departmental reports and document client conditions.
