Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead homecare teams and ensure high-quality in-home services for clients in our community. You will assign aides, monitor performance, and coordinate care plans with supervisors and branch staff.

We value compassion, organization, and strong communication. The role requires HIPAA compliance, ongoing training, and monthly in-home visits, with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education may be required.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Current PPD, or Chest X-ray if applicable.
• Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred.
• Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and assign homecare aides.
• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality of records.
• Provide direct training when needed.
• Monitor aides' performance for quality service.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, and branch staff.
• Occasionally conduct in-home visits with clients.
• Prepare routine department reports as required.
• Document client condition and service details.
• Address client complaints and escalate as needed.
