Job summary

Access Healthcare PCA in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the primary link between clients, families, and payer partners. You will manage intake, verify documents, coordinate authorizations, maintain files, and ensure care plans are current.

You will build warm relationships, handle scheduling with the Office Administrator, and support multi-payer billing while ensuring compliance with Nevada Medicaid and Clark County requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a home care or healthcare coordination role.
• Experience coordinating client intake across government or Medicaid programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build/maintain systems.
• Clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, and healthcare partners.
• Ability to manage multiple payer types and clients without dropping details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and healthcare scheduling/management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle client intake and onboarding across all payer types.
• Manage client relationships with families and healthcare partners.
• Coordinate with Clark County HHHA and Medicaid-related workflows.
• Oversee multi-payer billing and coordination, including approvals and claims.
• Schedule clients and coordinate caregiver assignments with the Office Administrator.
