Visiting Angels Upper Connecticut River Valley, NH is hiring part-time Home Care Aides to support clients across Lebanon NH, Claremont NH, Hanover NH and surrounding towns. You’ll provide personal care, meal planning, light housekeeping, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• First Aid training and emergency response knowledge or willingness to train.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assisting clients with light physical exercise or walks.
• Planning and preparing meals with clients.
• Handling light housekeeping duties.
• Reporting health changes or unusual incidents.
• Providing companionship and supportive interaction.
• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompanying and supervising clients during shopping trips.
• Reminding clients to take prescribed medications.
• Providing assistance with mobility at home and during appointments.
