Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Able to function in diverse home environments regardless of client demographics

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support household tasks, meals, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor client condition, document vitals, and maintain confidentiality using EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment and respond promptly to client needs
