All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and dignity. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure safety while delivering high-quality personal care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with valid driver’s license
• Minimum of six months of caregiving experience (professional or familial)
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
