Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. You will help clients at their homes, ensuring safety, health, and well-being while delivering personalized activities for engagement.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, sign-on bonuses after 30 days, and opportunities for last-minute or weekend fill-ins. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel up to 25 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
