Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Elk Grove, CA is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to help seniors stay at home with dignity. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being while tailoring activities for meaningful engagement and providing companionship.

- Must be 18+ and have 1 year of caregiving experience.
- CA Home Care Aide certification (can be obtained through us) or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 25 miles.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, light housework, and meal prep.
- Offer shopping, errands, and companionship.
- Assist with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.

- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep

- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
