Job summary
Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, ensuring safety, health, and well-being for clients in their homes. You will tailor activities to residents’ interests to promote meaningful engagement and improve quality of life.
Requirements include being 18+, 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, vaccination or exemption, TB test or X-ray, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and CA HCA certification (can be obtained through us).
Qualifications
- 1 year of caregiving experience required.
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification preferred or can be obtained through us.
- Must be 18+.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.

- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18–$20/hr)
