Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes, and tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts, and flexible schedules. Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts are available.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
