Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will help clients at home with personal care, light housework, meal prep, and meaningful activities that support dignity and independence.
We offer flexible schedules, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and bonuses for last-minute or weekend fill-in shifts while you travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
