Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield seeks a compassionate Home Care Aide to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, remind about medications, help with meals, provide companionship, and maintain a safe environment.

You will work 8–5 shifts and collaborate with skilled professionals to ensure high-quality care. We value independent workers who communicate well and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
