Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Home Health Aides to compassionately support clients with non‑medical needs, companionship, and basic personal care in their homes. You will assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders while building trust and reliable relationships with clients and families.
