Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a compassionate CNA or HHA to provide in-home care, companionship, and personal support. You will assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Join our team for flexible, hourly shifts ($18–$20 per hour) with overtime, paid orientation, ongoing training, and a direct deposit program.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or HHA certification.
• Provide non-medical client care including companionship.
• Assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meals.
• Report EVV clock-ins/outs and visit details accurately.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and coworkers.

About the Role:

As a CNA or HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will also provide personal care to clients as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation,, medication reminders, etc.
