Job summary

No Worries Care Tacoma is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for clients in Tacoma, WA. You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and follow individualized care plans to help clients live safely and comfortably at home.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those new to the field who bring warmth, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others. Certification is preferred, with opportunities to obtain credentials if needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personal care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
