No Worries Care Olympia seeks dedicated caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one support, including personal care, mobility help, meal assistance, and light housekeeping for clients in Olympia, WA.

A CNA or HCA certification is preferred, but candidates willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules and an immediate start are available to suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related field experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• Genuine compassion and commitment to client well-being.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
