Job summary

No Worries Care Everett is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes, delivering personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping and engaging companionship.

This in-person, local role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time, including weekends) with competitive hourly pay. CNA or HCA certification is preferred, or candidates willing to obtain certification will be supported.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism.
• CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers
• Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
• Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
• Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
